The return and exchange policy offers you the option to return or exchange any items purchased on Zorkamart.com within 15 days of the receipt of the product. If you choose to exchange the item for the reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost (T&C). However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. In case we don’t have the product in our stock, we will notify you through mail or message, whenever we receive your desired order.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can call or email to our customer service and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and be dealt accordingly.
Returns Condition Procedure
In case of online refund, it will be credited to the same account which was used to perform the transaction by the customer. If you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Zorkamart.
In case of COD refund, a cheque will be sent to the customer by courier. The payee’s name has to be confirmed by the customer while logging a complaint else, the refund might get on hold.
In such cases, where our logistics department attempt to deliver the product and the product got returned to the warehouse, if customer has paid online, zorkamart will try to reship the product once more. If it got returned to warehouse for the second time, the product will neither be reshipped nor will the amount be refunded. In case of COD mode of payment, returned product of the warehouse, will not be reshipped again.
In case of shipments gets untraceable/lost, a new shipment will be initiated, but with a few days delay if the mode of payment was online.
